 Welcome to Biotrax Depression Coach, a mobile app that helps you manage and improve your mental health by tracking your depression score, connecting with your support group, and tracking your habits. Biotrax Depression Coach is not a replacement for therapy but is to be used as an enhancement to professional treatment. By using Biotrax Depression Coach, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Access and Use

Biotrax Depression Coach is available for download on iOS only. To access and use Biotrax Depression Coach, you must be at least 17 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.

Biotrax Depression Coach uses your GPS  and Designate WIFI SSID’ data to track your location and activity levels, which can help you monitor your depression score and track your habits. You can also connect with your support group through private chat rooms to discuss your experiences, share coping mechanisms, and receive encouragement.

2. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Biotrax Depression Coach for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You also agree not to:

• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or forge or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful content into Biotrax Depression Coach.

• Interfere with, disrupt, or disable Biotrax Depression Coach or the servers or networks connected to it.

• Use Biotrax Depression Coach to collect, store, or use personal information about other users without their consent.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Biotrax Depression Coach and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to infringe upon any of these rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Biotrax Depression Coach is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information provided through Biotrax Depression Coach.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of Biotrax DepressionCoach.

7. Term and Termination

This Terms of Service is effective until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate your access to Biotrax Depression Coach at any time for any reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of Biotrax Depression Coach.
